Gelatissimo Ayala, Philippines

It's great to be blogging about desserts because as a person who have actually worked in an ice cream place before, I love desserts indeed. One of my favorite dessert is Gelato.

So... we're invading Gelatissimo Cafe Ayala, Philippines.

WHAT IS GELATO?

Sounds fancy, right? Gelato as widely known as an Italian Ice Cream, I would not consider this as an Ice cream per se.

Gelato is actually not an Ice Cream mainly because, Ice Cream is made with cream whilst GELATO on the other hand is made with whole milk. This very fact makes GELATO less fat, YEY! who does not want that?!

Gelatissimo offers a wide variety of flavors that are unique, so picking what you'll love will be a challenge! Don't you worry though because they offer free taste, so taste all you want till you find the right flavor for you.

WHAT ARE MY FAVORITE FLAVORS?

  • ESPRESSO: This is one of my favorite since I love coffee just recently. Espresso as bitter as it may seem, the way they made it have balanced the sweetness and bitterness so it's just a thrilling taste. Plus it will keep you up like how coffee works, it's just that you eat it!

  • MANGO: Because who does not love MANGO! Specially Philippine Mango, it's the best mango for me in the world!

  • GREEN TEA: Only because they don't have matcha. I love matcha so this is just my reliever.

  • FOREST BERRIES: This flavor is a sorbet (non-dairy). Therefore, if you are allergic to dairies or you have lactose intolerance then you have this option, don't worry they got you. What made this flavor more amazing is that you get real fruits in it! WOAH!

SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? ...
