Venturing China Town Temple

Without any plans on this day we thought about going on and off the MRT Station so that we could fully discover the places in Singapore and enjoy the most out of it. Having an unlimited MRT or Bus pass we get to enjoy both in the cheapest way possible and we get to see more of what Singapore has to offer.

How we get here:

We took an MRT and get off at China Town station. Real easy huh :)

So here we are invading China town.

This is The Buddha Tooth Relic Temple. It is a Buddhist temple and at the same time, a museum and is located in China town Singapore.

Sneak Peak for China town's Temple!

This temple is based on the Tang dynasty architectural style and built to house the tooth relic of the historical Buddha. Tourist is everywhere since this temple is really famous and on top of that it is really attractively wonderfully made.

This is what will welcome you into the temple. Kinda scary looking statue but they are actually are the guardians of the temple.

Below are some of the statues you can find inside the temple:

So if you are interested and planning to visit them just be sure that you are not wearing shorts because this is a temple and as a respect people with above the knee clothing can't go in or you can rent one of their clothing to cover up.
